Daily Employer Tip: Back to the Future

A good past doesn’t necessarily make for a good future. While it’s important to know what a candidate has done in previous positions and brought to previous employers, it’s better to focus on what they can do for you in the future. It’s all well and good if they were able to spark major successes with their last company, but don’t assume they can do the same for you. Ask your candidates how their previous accomplishments have prepared them for future challenges and what they can bring to the table at your company.
