Hello! I’m Ana. I’m all about enthusiasm and passion in my work. I focus on helping make harmonious matches for both employers and employees. I’ve spent my entire career helping others, and my #1 goal is ensuring your goals are met and expectations exceeded.
Working at Ashley Ellis is awesome because the environment is so upbeat and we look out for each other. I relish having an effect on an organization and on someone’s life. When I’m out of the office, I’m currently training for my very first marathon later this year, and following that I’m heading to South Africa, as my goal is to see every continent; 3 down, 4 to go!

I recently went on an “interview” with a recruiter from a different firm and was treated to 40 minutes with a lady who was personally irritating, didn’t know the industry (like even what the buzz words were, let alone what they meant), and kept trying to convince me I’d be “just perfect” for jobs that I clearly either didn’t have the skills for or had told her (repeatedly) I wasn’t interested in.
Not fun! And after that I called Ana up again because Ana knows what the jobs are that she’s placing you for, she listens to your needs and pays attention to where you want to go in your career, and isn’t just trying to fill in her own bottom line. Plus, she’s just an awesome, fun person to talk to!
In short, I can’t recommend Ana highly enough as an IT placement expert. She gets to know her clients as well as the opportunities and is truly a matchmaker in a very competitive field.”

The first thing that Ana did before we even started my job search was get a good understanding of what I was looking for. I already had a job and was not under any pressure to find something quickly so it was very important to me that I was only presented with jobs that fit. After that conversation, Ana quickly presented me with a great opportunity.
