Over the last 25 years Mr. Imhoff has trained and developed literally 1,000’s of recruiters, recruiting managers, and small business owners of recruiting firms, to realize their full potential.

Starting his career as a young, naive recruiter for the oldest recruiting firm in America, Mr. Imhoff learned recruiting old school style. Moving his career forward from the basics of yesterday to the high tech and highly competitive environment of today, Mr. Imhoff continues to strive toward interesting and unique approaches to better the industry and the people who serve it. Mr. Imhoff’s reputation is built on rapidly growing staffing and recruiting businesses using his unique approach to developing recruiters and recruiting management.
