While I do regret that I was not a perfect match for Teresa's client, I was very happy and impressed with the process and the quality of the match. Teresa took the time to gain a deep understanding of both myself and the client's needs. She also made the extra effort to make sure I was prepared with the information I needed to have a productive interview with the client. I would be very happy to work with Teresa again in the future. I often find myself having to contact the recruiter just to let him/her know I am still here. I did not have to do this while working with Teresa. She provided me with updates on the job I was pursuing in a timely manner and was always it seems, just a phone call away if ever I had questions or concerns. I can honestly say if ever I need a recruiter, Teresa Olsen will be the first person I call! But, she just kept the candidates coming, most of them excellent, until we found exactly the person we were looking for. How she found the candidates I do not know but I can assure you that I will always look to Niki in the future for my hiring needs and I will unconditionally recommend her to all my business associates.
