Kristin was personable and persistent in finding me an opportunity. She kept me busy with interviews for potential positions all along the way. She is creative and reliable from giving great interview advice to being an Email or phone call away at all times. If you need help finding your first or next professional position then I recommend Kristin Stiltner.

~Many thanks Kristin!

I could not agree more! My employer has recently joined a wellness program with Orriant and I love it! My Orriant wellness program helps me set attainable goals to better my health and if I complete these goals, my company offers me an amazing incentive: a lower health insurance rate to pay! Not only do I feel better at work, I feel better at home, and have a monthly savings of $200 from what I have seen thus far. Being healthy can have great incentives!

Megan is a breath of fresh air. Very enthusiastic, very professional. Before any interview, she would brief me about the company, which would ease my nerves and build my confidence. I have been working with her for a while and she has always given the best for what I wanted. Thanks a lot for all your help. I would definitely recommend Megan to anybody looking for a change. Thanks once again, I am going to miss you.

The primary difference between Generation X and Generation Y is cultural. The hip-hop culture has invaded every aspect of their lives. I was born in 1978, which is a bit at the tale end of Gen X. But my friends are all Gen X and Baby Boomers, and I was raised around them.
I have found that most Gen Yers have little to no Geographic knowledge of the world they live in. They have little to no political opinions or thoughts whatsoever. They have no interest at all in high Finance (trade, stock market, etc.).
Topics of conversation most commonly encountered are: sports (primarily Football (NFL in particular)), hip-hop music (Rap in particular), movies (action and/or crime in particular), and fighting. There is an overall tone of "who's da man!" when interacting with Gen Yers.
In conclusion, yes, they may be familiar with the operation of consumer electronics "gadgets", but it was (and still is) the Gen Xers who are more familiar with how those devices work and the political/commercial history behind them.

Dave is by far one of the best recruiters I have worked with. He is very professional, energetic and enthusiastic. He understood my career goals and what I was expecting in my new job. Within a couple of days after our initial communication, he found an opportunity that was the right fit for me and guided me through the entire interview process. He was always prompt in keeping me up to date and made the job search seem quite easy. His guidance throughout the process was great and is much appreciated.
It was a pleasure to work with such a great and a friendly person. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for an employment opportunity.

I applaud Matt for his follow-through and committment to both career seekers and hiring organizations. The hiring process if partially about relationships, putting the right people and organizations together. I believe Matt has an eye for this. If you are looking for more than just a job or a person capable of filling a position, Matt is your guy.

You would not generally consider the job hunt experience as fun, but Carrie has just the right combination of professionalism and people skills to make you almost enjoy the process. She is thorough, detailed, and personable. I highly recommend Carrie for any individual or organization looking for assistance in finding an ideal match for you needs. With Carrie you have a partner - capable of alleviating some of the anxiety, and also adept at finding opportunities to put you in a position for long-term success.

I highly recommend Vince to anyone who is looking for a job. I was reluctant about working with a recruiter but he exceeded my expectations and made the job search seem quite easy from my perspective. Shortly after I sent him my resume, he had scheduled an interview with me. He asked all the right questions and was genuinely interested in finding out exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t. Only a few hours after we spoke, he was calling me to let me know he had found a job that matched what I was looking for. Upon hearing about the company and position, I realized that he had found exactly that. Vince set up the interviews and prepared me for them. We kept in communication nearly every day throughout the process. Vince organized the entire process and was there for me whenever I needed him. Even after I had accepted the offer to work for the company, he still kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going well and even called to check on me after my first day. I couldn’t be happier with my current position and owe it all to Vince.

Good sound advice people... the last one, about confidential information about past employers, HR professionals especially don't want to see. That stuff is illegal for them to ask anyways, when inquiring about a candidate; don't complicate and color the decision between you and "Joe", or Joe will win by default (despite being under-qualified). On the other hand, if it is a nepotistic process, it will not matter (i.e. the bosses cousin needs a job).

Megan is the best recruiter that I have worked with. Over the year I was looking for a new job I had worked with over a dozen different recruiters. I found many recruiters knew nothing about the job they were trying to match me for. Not Megan, she was well informed about the jobs she was trying to match me with and the industry she was trying to place me in. Her hard work and enthusiasm were key in finding me the perfect job. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a job.
