A little about me…
Hello, my name is David. I take great pleasure in helping people, and I found that I can accomplish that through recruiting. Providing people with employment opportunities is rewarding, because I am helping individuals find a source of income, security, and a potential long term career. During these hard times in our country, it is even more gratifying. Meeting and speaking with different people from all walks of life is another positive within the staffing industry. I learn so much from every candidate I speak with, because each is an expert in their respective field.
Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my daughter, going to school, and watching soccer.

David is a hard working, enthusiastic and driven professional. David was an HR intern for me at Florida Hospital for over 6 months. I thought he may be helpful to do clerical task and such but very quickly I learned that he was hungry for more. Within a couple of months he was assisting with recruitment and hospital events. He is very personable and has the ability to develop strong working relationships. He is focused on his studies which will allow him to suceed and meet his professional goals.
David is by far one of the most motivated and ambitious young men I have come across at UCF. He is intelligent, enthusiastic, creative, and highly committed. He works diligently to complete his work and invariably produces high quality results. In addition to that, he impressed me as a student who has taken full advantage of the opportunities presented to him as an undergraduate at UCF. He has had ample research experience as an assistant on various projects at the university and has also served as a teaching assistant. David has done all this while he maintained a job, a full academic schedule, and an impressive GPA. David also has an exceptional aptitude for statistics. I noticed very early on in class how quickly he picked up abstract concepts and how he just “got it.” Overall, I would describe David as an intelligent, motivated, hardworking, and ambitious young man. At the same time, he is a team player and is very pleasant to work with.
From the beginning of my assignment David has been there for me to answer any question or issues that may have arisen along the way. Always checking in on me just about every week on the phone to ensure things are going well during my stay at my current assignment.
The one thing I appreciate the most is that he has always treated me not as just another member on assignment, but as a friend.
In my past experiences with other agencies I had never experienced the level of quality, professionalism, and concern that he and the other members of the Triad staff have shown. David most definitely deserves kudos for his exemplary performance.
