I love being a part of Ashley Ellis because they’re like my second family, making me laugh and strive to be successful. The best part of my day is when I realize I’ve just changed someone’s life by making the perfect IT match. Outside the office, I do triathlons and volunteer with the Junior League of Kane and DuPage County.

Living in North Carolina and seeking employment in Illinois was more than tasking. With competition for jobs at an aggressive high, Dina was the one to get me in the door. Her cool professionalism will immediately set you apart from the herd, while her incredible enthusiasm and take-charge attitude will restore your confidence. Within a few days Dina had multiple opportunities lined up that matched my skill set. Within 2 weeks I had interviewed, received and accepted an offer.

While a job search might not normally be a great time, it was with Dina.
Her demeanor is professional and very cheerful. She tells you what she will be doing before she does it – no open loop shopping your resume – and lets you know what happened. She offers some very good advice on procedural details, and did a great job wrangling some extra money out of the offer. Best of all, she found me a job – shockingly fast.
