I work with a lot of recruiters and Jennifer has been one of the most successful in finding me the talent I’m looking for. In one recent hiring window, with multiple recruiters working for us, Jennifer brought us the three candidates we decided hire. She does a great job of listening to the feedback we give on the candidates we meet with to then find us candidates that are a better fit for the job. When we recently had an opening, Jennifer was the first person we called.

I’ve met a few recruiters over the years and I can honestly say Jennifer was hands down the best I’ve met, by a long shot. She helped me find the right position with an excellent company. In my search for new opportunities, I’ve dealt with several recruiters. Usually, I’d only hear from them when something specific came up. They’d set me up with a call and that’s it. Sometimes I’d never get a followup. Jennifer was an amazing breathe of fresh air. She actually took the time to find out what I *really* wanted to do, which nobody had done before.
