I feel like Jennifer is my personal Life Coach. The thoroughness with which she worked with me and my needs was only surpassed by her kindness. She was able to narrow down the options to those best suited for my technical expertise and in addition, find the best cultural fit. Would I recommend her to my colleagues? In a second! And when I find myself in the position of needing to find new talent, I will turn to her first.

Jennifer is Awesome. She offered great interviewing advice and made the entire hiring process extremely smooth. She successfully researched my work experience and matched me up with a position which fit me perfectly! Very punctual, she kept great communication between myself and the employer. Definitely 5 stars from me!

In my search for new opportunities, I’ve dealt with several recruiters. Usually, I’d only hear from them when something specific came up. They’d set me up with a call and that’s it. Sometimes I’d never get a followup. Jennifer was an amazing breathe of fresh air. She actually took the time to find out what I *really* wanted to do, which nobody had done before.

She kept in regular contact, even when she didn’t have any new leads. And when leads came up, she was with me every step of the way. I’m now about to start an amazing job, and I owe it all to her. If you’re a developer and you’re looking for something new, you owe it to yourself to give Ashley Ellis a call.

During these difficult times in our economy, it seems almost impossible to get a callback after submitting your resume to job postings online. Luckily, Jennifer Schmidt came to my rescue. The passion for her work was apparent during our initial conversation. Jennifer is sooooo enthusiastic, it excites you because you know without a doubt, she will make something wonderful happen for you.

The day after our phone conversation, I received a response from my DREAM job!! I’m not sure if it were Jennifer’s doing or not (which I’m sure it was); if not, then you can also add ‘good luck charm’ to her list of attributes. My experience with Ashley Ellis was a fantastic one, thanks to Jennifer Schmidt.

My experience with Ashley Ellis was remarkable. After contacting Ashley Ellis I was partnered with Jennifer, possibly the bubbliest most personable person in exisitence, and I’m not kidding! She took time assessing my skills, personality, and desires and through the partnership laughed at all of my jokes, even the dumb ones. She held my hand through the process, helping me to be completely prepared and confident before each interview. I am still astounded at the placement she found for me. Not only did I have a new job three weeks after contacting Ashley Ellis, I was with a company I found a deep respect for and a position I only dreamed of. Working with Ashley Ellis was beyond comprehension for me, and I can easily say they have mastered the craft of job placement.

I’ve met a few recruiters over the years and I can honestly say Jennifer was hands down the best I’ve met, by a long shot. She helped me find the right position with an excellent company. Some recruiters will try to shoehorn whatever talent they have into whatever opportunities they have available. With Jennifer she managed to find the right position on the first shot.
