Are you an Accounts Receivable specialist who thrives with transactional functions?

We are seeking a Billing & Contracts Specialist  to be responsible for the review of contracts, the research and collection of necessary documentation, maintenance of project files, initial project set-up for clients, submittal of electronic invoices via various billing system portals, assisting project managers with change orders, maintenance of A/R aging and reporting, lien releases, conditional waivers and creation of billing for time & materials.

For this role, you must have 3+ years of A/R (Accounts Receivable) billing expertise in the mortgage or construction industries. Professional experience with lien releases, time & materials billing, progress billing and conditional waivers, absolutely required. Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills needed as you will be working directly with project managers and clients. The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume environment needed. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software is a must.


  • 3+ years of A/R in mortgage or construction industries
  • Lien releases, conditional waivers, time & materials billing, progress billing
  • MS Office, Accounting Software Packages
  • Self-motivated with urgency to meet deadlines
  • High-volume billing and accounts receivable experience
