This Oracle EBS Business Analyst can expect to:

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements and ensure solutions align well with strategic goals
  • Serve as “go to” and support day to day activities within Oracle Financial Applications, including Cash Management, GL, Fixed Assets, AP, AR, etc.
  • Help with project roadmaps
  • Engage various internal stakeholders, including senior management, PMs, development staff, and accounting
  • Develop business cases and value definition, including capital/expense, ROI, and risk analysis


This Oracle EBS Business Analyst must have:

  • 7+ years in Oracle EBS Analyst capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Expertise with Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Innate ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work with very limited guidance/supervision in a fast-paced environment with accountability
