Global manufacturing company is expanding and looking to add a Continuous Improvement Manager. You will be responsible for identification of business performance gaps by establishing measurement systems, and for closing those gaps through planning & improvement activities. You will bring your manufacturing knowledge to drive continuous improvement by focusing on 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. You will train site personnel and recruit them to support the continuous improvement goals, work with local and executive management to develop future goals and strategies. Your goals will be cost savings, production efficiency, improved safety, root cause identification and improved quality.

You must have 5+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience with lean manufacturing. A BS degree in an engineering or business field is required. Experience in low-volume manufacturing, and with Six Sigma, 5S and LEAN principles needed. Excellent project management skills, along with organizational, communication and analytical skills, are essential to success in this role.
