The Customer Service Representative must be dedicated to the highest level of customer satisfaction and have the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The candidate should possess superior telephone and communication skills as you will be the primary phone contact for our clients external customers and will be responsible for all customer service activities. 

To be considered for this Customer Service Representative role the candidate will be detailed-oriented with excellent written/verbal communication and problem solving skills and also possess superior interpersonal and follow-up abilities!

 Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • understand concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • High volume call center experience 
  • Professional demeanor
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Software 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
