Technical Support Specialist with Warehouse Technology needed!
We are seeking local candidates to join a global organization and support their warehouse and office technology. You will provide support to internal users (both onsite and remote) via phone, email, web chat and in-person on a variety of technical issues. These can include support of MS Windows desktops and laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, peripherals / printers, software (MS Office, industry-specific software), wireless access points, and warehouse automation products such as label printers and RF scanners. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues at a medium- and high-level, and also install and configure new equipment and upgrades. The ideal candidate would also identify repeating issues and document them for the knowledge base, as well as look for ways to improve technology and processes for the future.

You will bring at least 3 years of experience in supporting both office and warehouse technology, including MS Windows desktops and laptops, thin client, mobile devices (phones, tablets), wireless networking technology, peripherals, MS Office, and warehouse automation (label printers, RF scanners). Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.
