Our client located in the Topsfield area of Massachusetts is looking for a Helpdesk Professional. As a Helpdesk Professional, you will need to be first response to our client’s needs. You will need to assess the problems that are called into the helpdesk and then be able to remotely fix or escalate the problem. Your day to day duties will be to support our clients networking infrastructure, diagnose and repair hardware, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange Server as well as security devices. You will also be supporting our client’s virtual sites, including VMware hosted window servers and applications.

Must have hands on knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010/2012
  • Microsoft server 2003/2008/2012
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Window Desktop operating systems
  • Mac OS X
  • Dell
  • VMware

Certifications preferred:

  • MCSE
