We have an immediate need for our Wellesley based client as a Helpdesk Representative. You will join a team of four that are providing a mix of phone, remote and hands on support to a diverse group of roughly 2000 users in a campus style environment. This is an open ended contract with a minimum commitment of 12 months with a potential for extensions or being hired as a perm employee.
The Helpdesk Representative will be a good troubleshooter and problem solver able to provide IT support to a wide range of users from entry level to very experienced. There are all of the standard applications such as MS Office, Outlook, Windows/Mac… and there are some very unique industry specific applications as well. The ability to learn and support both off the shelf as well as homegrown applications is going to be a must. In addition to the standard Helpdesk/Desktop support the ideal candidate will have exposure to setting up and supporting A/V (audio/visual) equipment. There are plenty of projects planned for the coming year and there will be room to learn new technologies and grow as well.
