Our North Andover based client is in need of a solid Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their internal IT Support team.  This is a full time, direct hire position reporting to the local IT Service Manager.

 

The Helpdesk Support Analyst will work out of the North Andover, MA office and be responsible for all first level IT support issues for both the internal user community as well as hundreds of remote users located in offices distributed thru out the North East. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required coupled with solid troubleshooting skills in the area of end user, workstation support.  They are in a Windows 10, Office 2013/O365 environment.  Any knowledge of systems and networking issues to include things like Server 2008/2012/2016, virtualization or firewalls would be great but not needed for the right person.  The desire to learn and grow your career as well as the passion to take advantage of the learning opportunities presented to you is going to be very important.
