Our client is a small and growing IT Services company with the main office located on the North Shore and four satellite offices spread out to be able to quickly respond to their client’s needs.  With a reputation for delivering A+ service to their customer base, they strive to offer seamless IT Solutions to small to medium sized businesses from Worcester, Boston, North Shore and into New Hampshire and Maine.  They are growing and looking to add to their staff.

The Remote Support Analyst will work 100% in house at the Danvers, MA corporate office and will be the first line of defense for all service issues from their 150 clients.  Issues can come in via phone call, email or open ticket and can range from more basic workstation issues up to Server and Firewall questions.  They are willing to hire a junior person that is well versed in user/workstation support at the lower end of their range and train them and they are also open to hiring a more senior person that can hit the ground running across the boards at the upper end.  All of the clients are small to medium sized companies from a variety of industries from blue collar shops to white collar professional offices and all should get the same level of customer services and support.  A typical environment will have between 25-50 users, a couple of Windows 2008/2012 servers and at least one SonicWALL firewall at the location and some of the clients are as large as 100 users.  A desire to learn and further your career is a must.  Education and certifications are strongly encouraged and the company will provide access to their infrastructure to practice, pay for all of the exams and once you pass a certification pay a bonus of $1000.  You are going to get paid to learn!

If you have a background in User and Server support and you like providing remote support to a wide variety of companies each with their own technical needs this is the job for you.  Working on the north shore will keep you out of the Boston traffic while still being able to support Boston companies.  The salary being offered is in the $40-60K range depending on experience.  They will pay a very good support person with user/workstation skills at the lower end and teach them the server side while providing increases as the learn or they will pay the upper end for someone that can come in and hit the ground running.  All of this while getting paid to earn your certifications makes this a great opportunity.  To hear more please call 781-938-7950 or email your resume to Woburn@AshleyEllis.com
