Growth Opportunity for Bilingual Pharmacy Technicians!

We are looking for licensed Pharmacy Technicians with a background working in a retail or specialty pharmacy for a Patient Access Coordinator opening. You will be responsible for assisting patients with their benefits, and scheduling delivery of prescriptions. On a daily basis, you will perform surface level adjudications, billing, fill out patient assessments and order supplies.  You may also assist in the pharmacy during high production times.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or specialty pharmacy and have endorsement as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in Florida. You must bring at least 2 years of experience in a retail or specialty pharmacy environment outside of your externship. Experience with adjudications, prior authorizations, benefit investigations and insurance investigations is a must. Any experience with home or hospital infusion is preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish is required – you must be fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal. In addition, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of providing highest quality customer service. Attention to detail and organization skills, as well as above average computer skills, will also be required.

Required:
