Do you have experience managing Pharmacy Technicians in processing roles?
We are looking for a Patient Access Manager to oversee a small- to mid-sized team of patient access coordinators who are conducting prior authorizations and benefit investigations. You will be called upon to build business relationships both within and outside the organization, create documentation, improve processes / procedures and be a strong leader to a growing team.

We are seeking a proactive manager that is eager to improve processes and procedures and improve the patient experience. The ideal candidate will have experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or specialty pharmacy and have grown into a manager role. Home infusion experience is a plus. You must bring knowledge of dealing with private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. Experience with prior authorizations, benefit investigations and insurance investigations is a must, as well as managing those functions. In addition, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of providing highest quality customer service. Attention to detail and organization skills, as well as above average computer skills, will also be required.
