Ashley Ellis is currently seeking an experienced Process Engineer for a client in a highly reputable organization. This Process Engineer will need to be able to add to the design, development, evaluation, installation, startup, maintenance, verification, and optimization of process equipment and systems. This Process Engineer will be directly involved with capital project life cycles and operations on site.

This Process Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Effectively analyzing existing processes, procedures and equipment
  • Offering solutions to optimize systems when needed
  • Improving initiatives and evaluating results
  • Drafting and editing SOPs as necessary
  • Collecting and analyzing data
  • Involvement in budgeting, training, and preparing request for Capital Investments


This Process Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 6+ years of related engineering experience
  • Ability to prepare system user requirements necessary to achieve process output quality
  • Knowledge of dispensing, solution preparation and delivery, and associated automation systems
  • Understanding of CPPs and other process conditions
  • Ability to develop and manage PFDs and P&IDs
  • Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, and GMP requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
