We need a Product Manager to work very closely with executive management in a cradle to grave product development capacity. This will include market research, creating MRD’s, and PRD’s, definition of the product roadmaps and strategies, developing partnerships and licensing opportunities and running pilot programs for new products. In addition, you will gather requirements from internal & external customers, define product visions, prioritize requirements and work with cross-functional departments (marketing, engineering, sales) to keep new products in line with the company strategies, costs, design and revenue goals. You will analyze user needs and the demand for products to recommend changes, and use market research to find upcoming trends that can be integrated into new products.

A BS degree in a technical field is required, a MS degree is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of launching innovative, high-quality hardware / electro-mechanical products. Technical expertise in manufacturing techniques, mechanical engineering, software, assembly, integration and test desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a project management capacity, also essential. This position does require up to 25% travel, and direct customer interaction.
