Ashley Ellis is currently seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer for a client in a highly reputable organization. This Reliability Engineer will need to be able to improve the reliability of equipment, processes and utilities by using Reliability Centered Maintenance principles.

This Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Effectively identify high cost and high frequency maintenance activities
  • Providing failure analysis for key work orders
  • Manage data in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Defining, developing, and administering the maintenance program for all assets
  • Setting up PM strategies for all new equipment
  • Reviewing existing PM efforts
  • Overseeing the Product Data Management efforts


This Reliability Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in Reliability Engineering
  • Experience with TQM methods (e.g. six sigma) or reliability centered maintenance
  • Understanding of CMMS
  • Familiarity with FMEA, LCM, LCC, and TCO
  • Knowledge of risk assessment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
