We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to partner with internal stakeholders to support and enhance our business systems. Daily responsibilities include the research and documentation of current business processes to drive improvement of those processes and automate them where appropriate. You will also administer, document, develop and support our ServiceNow platform, as well as enhance the technology to align with best practices and business goals.

This role requires at least 7 years of experience in a business / systems analysis role, specifically with ServiceNow. You must also have experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, workflow development and scripting utilizing JavaScript, XML, SOAP, HTML, CSS and Web Services. A proven track of successfully completing complex projects across multiple functions required. Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL scripting necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an absolute must, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Top-notch customer service skills are essential.
