We are looking for a Software Tester that utilizes manual and automated testing techniques to test proprietary software. You will analyze test data as a liaison to the development team to instigate bug fixes and enhancements to the software. You will assure the quality of our software through your ability to troubleshoot and analyze and take the initiative to figure out the ideal way to do so. You will also develop test plans and scripts, create and review documentation, track test results and maintain the test case library. Additionally, you will be responsible for Windows O/S maintenance.
This position requires 2+ years of experience in software testing, especially manual testing with some automated techniques. A proven track record of various testing methodologies is needed, along with top-notch problem-solving and analytical abilities. You must also have experience with Windows O/S maintenance, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the operating system and components. Excellent communication and team skills needed, as well as the motivation to take initiative and make improvements where needed.
