Our clients are constantly on the hunt for top Help Desk Specialists in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service and communication skills, along with top-notch technical skills. You would be responsible for taking calls from internal customers at all levels (from the bottom to the executive level) and assisting with issues related to desktop application software, network connectivity and troubleshooting, client/server systems support, PCs and laptops, web based applications, peripheral devices, and related technology. You will try to resolve the issues, or escalate to server or network administrators as needed. 

The types of candidates our clients need will also take things to the next level. If you are the kind of person who is dependable, dedicated, innovative and always looking for ways to improve processes, we want to speak with you. All positions require a minimum of 5 years of professional help desk experience, supporting internal stakeholders (not a call center environment) and technical knowledge of Windows desktops and servers, email (Outlook, Exchange, Google Docs), PC’s / Mac’s / laptops / mobile devices, phone systems (VoIP), enterprise application software (ERP, CRM, accounting, HRIS, etc).

Required:

  • 5+ years of internal help desk experience
  • Windows Servers & Desktops
  • Linux a plus

  • Enterprise Software support
  • Excellent communication skills
