Over the years, I’ve dealt with a lot of recruiters. There’s only one that I’ve come across that I not only ended up working closely with, but consider a friend as well. Today marks exactly six months since my acceptance and placement into my new position, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Unlike many recruiters or head hunters, Matt really listened to what I was looking for and made sure to refine searches and filter leads prior to reaching back out to me. Matt thoroughly maintained contact with me during the job search process, and always provided me with his full attention, never making me feel rushed. Matt was sensitive to the fact that I was already employed, and made special accommodations to contact me during specified times, in addition to arranging for interviews after regular business hours.
