A little about me…
Hi, I’m Megan and I come to Ashley Ellis after years in retail management, excited to use my people skills to help others find careers. I have a keen understanding of how to fulfill a customers needs and a passion for creating mutually beneficial relationships by being there for everyone involved. I’m here to work for you.
It is great to come to work at Ashley Ellis every morning because I know I can make a difference in someone’s life. Also, the team is more than anyone can ask for. Everyone should be able to work with people who truly care and have your back. Outside the office, I love music and shows at hole-in-the-wall venues. I also love to be in the sunshine but inevitably burn in an instant!

Megan was energetic and enthusiastic yet very professional. Megan is awesome! I have to say I was totally blown away by how friendly and personable she was. I’ve talked with a few other staffing companies and they’ve never cared for me like the way she did. She was there to answer my every question and to make sure that things were going okay. She was always prompt in keeping me up to date and more importantly was able to work with me due to my crazy schedule. Megan was invaluable in my search for a new job and I have to say that without her I don’t think I’d be as happy with my career as I am right now. Megan is the best of the best. Similar to other people’s experiences I had several recruiters. Megan however, stood out the most from all the recruiters. Megan interviewed me the first time we talked, and then a week later she had two interviews lined up for me. She got to know me so well that she found 2 positions that resembled me and my personality. Because of this perfect match–I landed an amazing career. Megan is very prompt to responding to emails as well as phone calls. Her communication skills made me feel confident that she was willing to help me successfully find a career.
