A little about me…
Hi, I’m Mike. I was bitten with the recruiting bug right out of college, and I’ve spent the last 18 years getting to know people’s needs and matching them up with people’s desires. The best part of my job is that no two days are the same, and I am only done when I have made two of my clients very happy. While I take my job very seriously, I try not to take myself too seriously and like to have a good time while doing it (hence the goofy picture). I have worked with Mike over the past year and a half and found him to be a true employment professional. He always kept me informed of how things were progressing in my job search. He was a great advocate for me in placing me into contract employment and eventual permanent placement. Finding a job can be a stressful and at times very frustrating endeavor but working with Mike alleviated most of this stress as I knew he would do his upmost every day to represent me to prospective employers. I excelled in this temp roll for 6 months, getting great reviews, and have now been offered a full-time position. I have always been able to call Mike and get him on the phone to answer questions, or even to vent my concerns. Mike Coleman is one of the most hard working and professional guys I have worked with. There are many staffing firms out there looking to pad their commissions. Mike is not one of them. He puts his client’s needs ahead of his own. I took a temp-to-perm role and Mike was one person who you want going to bat for you. The fact of having Mike represent me through the whole process, left me at ease knowing that he was going to look out for my best interest and future.
