I love working at AE because of the great work environment. Everyone is so friendly and actually cares about the success of the company and the people within in. Also, being able to help others make the tough leap into a new phase of their life is always fun and interesting! Fun Fact: I’m the tallest member of the AE team at 6′7″. Also, I can whip up a 5 course meal like nobody else!

Unlike other recruiters I have worked with in the past, Randy took the time to really dig in to what I was looking for as well as looking to avoid. He asked insightful questions and gathered about as complete a picture of my goals as can be gathered.

Randy contacted me while I was in the middle of my job search. I was already working with several other recruiters, so I was skeptical about working with another one. I came across Randy’s name from a job I saw online. It was towards the end of the day, when I contacted Randy, and he said he would get back to me first thing in the morning. Sure enough, first thing in the morning I had a call from Randy. Within the next 48 hours Randy had not one, but four interviews lined up for me. Randy worked tirelessly to find me the perfect job.
